Tentative Budget Meetings
The Turner County Board of Education will host two public meetings to discuss the Tentative Budget for the 2023 – 2024 school year. The first meeting will be held during a called board meeting at 12:00 noon on Thursday, June 1, 2023. The second meeting will be held during a called board meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 12, 2023. The adoption of the final budget will take place at 6:00 p.m. on the same date as the second called meeting (Monday, June 12, 2023). All Board Meetings will be held at the Turner County Civic Center Meeting Room, 351 Lamar Street, Ashburn, Georgia. The tentative budget will be posted on the Turner County Schools’ website for viewing after approval of the tentative budget on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. It may be found under Finance which is located under the District News tab. You may reach the website at the following address:

Turner County Schools would like to invite all business and industry to our CCA Steering Committee meetings. Meeting dates are June 21st, July 19th, and August 16th, 2023. All meetings will be held at the Turner County Civic Center Conference Room at 12 noon. Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP by calling 567-3338.
